Frustration

So on Friday I booked my Level 3 UKCC Training, only to be informed by PYB that the course had been cancelled... Only a day after receiving an e-mail confirming that there were spaces on the course and that it was going ahead. Plas Y Brenin is one of only two Centres that offer this crucial part of the Level 3 process, the other being is Glenmore Lodge in Scotland (a considerable long distance from south west Wales). To title this blog post as frustrating is a diluted emotion.
