Paddleboarding

So Monday evening saw me stand up paddle boarding (SUP) with Cardigan Bay Watersports based out of New Quay (West Wales) in wonderful conditions. I am working on getting as much experience as possible before taking part on a SUP instructor course with the British Canoeing module. Also an opportunity to talk to Crawford, the boss of CBW, discussing the series of paddle power awards I will be running for them over the summer holidays.
